Retooling: A Personal Money Management Workshop
Saturday, February 27, 2010, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Do you ever find yourself at the end of the month wondering where your money went? Does your check book look more like a coloring book than an accountant's ledger? When someone asks about your 401(k) do you think they're talking about vitamins?
No matter how fluent we are with financial jargon or how much experience we have with money, we can all stand to improve the way we steward the resources God has entrusted to us.
On Saturday, February 27th from 9:30am to 1:00pm, Apostles Church will host a workshop focused on the topic of personal finance that will cover:
- A Biblical Understanding of Money and Wealth
- How to Create a Personal Balance Sheet
- How to Create and Maintain a Budget
- How to Pay Down Debt Quickly and Effectively
- How, When and Why to Invest
- Insurance, Financial Peace, and Dreaming Kingdom-sized Dreams
The cost will be $10 to help cover the cost of coffee and materials. If the cost is an obstacle for you, we do have scholarships available.
