The Church is called to be the City of God within the City of Man. As a people who belong to God through faith in Jesus and who are indwelt by His Spirit, Apostles exists as a radically counter-cultural City within New York City. As citizens of the City of God, we share with our City the story of God's salvation and live in the pattern of Jesus with compelling faith, hope, love, joy, generosity, service and sacrifice. In this spirit, we seek to bless and influence our city and with God's help make it an even greater city.
