Apostles Church

May the Father bestow upon you, through the Holy Spirit,

    exceedingly great thoughts about Jesus Christ,

        that you would count him greater riches than all the pleasures of this world.

May sin lose its power in your life,

    its voice growing ever faint,

    its influence ever waning,

    its pull ever diminishing

as you see the surpassing value of knowing the One who is the unnamed desire of every heart and the source of all good.
