As you approach 2010, a new decade, the greatest thing you do is to cultivate a devotional life that facilitates the intimate nearness of God. For Him to become your good so that if your heart and flesh fail, you still have him as your portion. If you lose everything, you still have him and there is nothing on this earth you could desire that could compare to him. But you will not get close to God accidentally. You must be intentional about it.
